Re-opening County Roads

From what I have heard at meetings there is no pressing legal reason for the county roads to be shut down. While I understand the logic that they were closed to prevent dumping, I cannot agree with the philosophy. By shutting the roads to prevent dumping, we only ensure that folks will dump their trash elsewhere, likely on private land. Pushing this responsibility onto private citizens is not a solution. The roads need re-opened.
